Where we ship
Vellinta ships to Australia, the United States and Canada. We are expanding carefully, and further destinations will be added as we are confident we can service them properly.
Delivery times
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 8–16 business days
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
All timeframes are estimates measured from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and exclude any time a parcel is held in customs.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside Australia may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges set by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local authorities, are not included in the price paid at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels accurately and cannot mark them as gifts or reduce declared values.
Shipping cost
Shipping is complimentary on every order to Australia, the United States and Canada, tracked from dispatch to your door. There is no minimum spend.
Delays
Occasionally carrier or customs delays occur outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will trace it for you.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional postage may apply.
